We based our pricing on unique emails that you send to not on the amount of messages you send. For instance if you choose to purchase the plan that allows you to send messages up to 500 unique contacts you are able to send as many messages as you like to these 500 contacts each month. Whereas other services base their pricing upon the total number of email addresses hosted in one single comprehensive list, whether you email them or not.

Mobile credits work differently than our standard Email-to-SMS text messaging system. With mobile credits, you are sending DIRECTLY through the mobile carrier. As such, the mobile carrier charges for this (hence the credits), but they provide fantastic results including improved delivery and reporting.

Premium mobile credits work just like a "gum ball machine". You put 1 coin in the slot, turn the handle and a gum ball pops out. With premium mobile credits, you select to use credits to send a mobile message, type your message and click send. 1 Mobile credit = 1 mobile message sent. If you send 10 mobile messages, it will use up 10 mobile credits.
